Who we are
We are a family in the third generation on this olive farm, continuing a relationship with the land that started many decades ago. Over time, we’ve expanded the space by adopting 800 pomegranate trees and additional surrounding land, with the aim to slowly create a diverse and recovering landscape.
Our vision is to live in harmony with nature, following the principles of agroecology and permaculture. We want this space to benefit the place and the ecosystems around us — not to control or own it, but to support it.
We believe that in our time, we can’t afford to keep doing things the way they were done in the past — the ways that led to the degradation and loss of so many habitats. Instead, we are committed to supporting the plants and animals who live among us as they face ongoing environmental challenges. We aim to integrate ancient knowledge with new research and practical solutions, adapting to what this land needs now and in the future.
This farm is becoming a space for experimentation and learning — with projects around fire protection, water harvesting, composting, and soil regeneration. We want to rescue and care for old plants and medicinal herbs, protect rare native species, and offer space for collaboration, workshops, and exchange.
We also share this land with 35 cats and 4 dogs, most of whom we found on the property or nearby. They’ve become part of our daily life and the broader ecosystem here — and we’re committed to finding ways for wildlife and domestic animals to coexist.
We welcome people who share these values to bring their knowledge, time, support, or simply their interest — and to carry the ideas and practices we explore here into their own environments. Our hope is to connect with similar projects, initiatives, and universities to learn together and create a wider network of care and regeneration
Three Generations. One Vision.
Rooted in tradition, growing with purpose.
We are a family reclaiming land, nurturing life, and restoring balance — not to own nature, but to live alongside it.
From ancient olive trees to rescued animals, from droughted soils to seeds of hope — everything here has a story, and every story is part of something bigger.
